\frac{\mathrm{T}_{2 \mathrm{nd}}^2}{\mathrm{~T}_{1 \mathrm{st}}^2}=\frac{(2 \mathrm{a})^3}{(\mathrm{a})^3}=2^3=8

\mathrm{\mathrm{~T}_{2 \mathrm{nd}}=\mathrm{T}_{1 \mathrm{st}} \times \sqrt{8}=24 \times 2 \sqrt{2}=48 \sqrt{2} \mathrm{hrs} . }

Hence option 3 is correct.
