We know,   v \frac{d v}{d x}=a=4 x

\int_{u_0}^v v d v=4 \int_{x_0=0}^x x d x
\left[\frac{v^2}{2}\right]_{u_0}^v=4 \frac{x^2}{2}
\begin{aligned} & v^2-u_0^2=4 x^2 \\ & v^2=u_0^2+4 x^2 \end{aligned}
v=\sqrt{u_0^2+4 x^2}
