Position of particle \mathrm{=3 t^3+t^2+5}

acceleration of the particle 

\mathrm{\begin{aligned} & =\frac{d}{d t}\left[3 t^3+t^2+5\right] \\ & =9 t^2+2 t \end{aligned}}

acceleration (a) \mathrm{=9 t^2+2 t} 

at t=2 sec will be,

\mathrm{\begin{aligned} a=\frac{d v}{d t}=\frac{d^2 \dot{y}}{d t^2} & \Rightarrow 9(2)^2+2 \times 2 \\ & =36+4=40 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s}^2 \end{aligned}}
