Given,  \quad y=2 a+b t+c t^2-d t^4
\text { Velocity } v=\frac{d y}{d t}=0+b+2 c t-4-d t^3
v=b+2 c t-4 d t^3
For initial velocity  t=0 we get - 
v=b
 Acceleration (a) 
=\frac{d v}{d L}=\frac{d}{d t}\left[b+2 c t-4 d t^3\right]
=2 c-12 d t^2
 put, t=0 ,
 Acceleration a =2 c
