Given, \\ \begin{aligned} & \text { position }(x)=\alpha t+\beta t^3 \\ & \text { Velocity }(V)=\alpha+3 \beta t^2----(A) \end{aligned}
Acceleration \frac{d V}{d t}=0+6 \beta t ----\left ( 1 \right )
From question acceleration is Zero-
\begin{aligned} & \frac{d V}{d t}=0 \\ & 0=6 \beta t \Rightarrow t=0 \end{aligned}
Now,
t=0 put in equation (A)
\text { velocity }(v)=\alpha+3 \beta(0)^2
v = \alpha
