Both\ the\ particles\ moves\ under\ gravity,\ so \\\ \begin{gathered} \left|\vec{a}_{B A}\right|=0 \\\ \left|\vec{a}_{B A}\right|=g-g=0 \\\ \frac{d \bar{a}}{d t} \Rightarrow\left|\vec{v}_{B A}\right|=\sqrt{4^2+3^2} \\\ \vec{v}_{A A}=\sqrt{16+9}=\sqrt{25}\\ \end{gathered} \       
\vec{v}_{BA}= 5\ m/s
