Given, \mathrm{ \mu=0.7, R=28 \mathrm{~m}}

V_m=\sqrt{\mu \cdot R_g} =\sqrt{0.7 \times 28 \times 10} \\

=\sqrt{28 \times 7} \\
V_m=\sqrt{196} =14 \mathrm{~m} / \mathrm{s} .
