In pure form, Hydrogen peroxide is pale blue liquid. Oxidation state of oxygen atom in hydrogen peroxide is -1.

It can be oxidised from -1 to 0 oxidation state and reduced from -1 to -2 oxidation state. Hence, Hydrogen peroxide can acts as both oxidising and reducing agent.

\mathrm{O}_3 is stronger oxidising agent than \mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2 so it will oxidise \mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2.
Hydrogen peroxide \left(\mathrm{H}_2 \mathrm{O}_2\right) is a non-linear, non-planar molecule with an open book structure. Hence, two \mathrm{O}-\mathrm{H} bonds lie in the different planes with an angle of \sim 90.2^{\circ} (in solid phase) and \sim 111.5^{\circ} (in gaseous phase).
