The nascent hydrogen is individual hydrogen atoms in energy-rich state. Due to high energy state, nascent hydrogen is more reactive than molecular hydrogen.

Ordinary dihydrogen is an equilibrium mixture of ortho and para hydrogen.

Ortho hydrogen \rightleftharpoons Para hydrogen

At very low temperature para hydrogen is more stable than ortho hydrogen. Hence it is possible to get pure para hydrogen by cooling ordinary hydrogen to nearly 20 \mathrm{~K}. But it is never possible to get sample of more than 75 \% of ortho hydrogen.
