l=20 cm=0.2m, v=1237.5 Hz, V=\frac{330m}{s}

l=\frac{\lambda}{4} 

For fundamental frequency v

\nu_{1}=\frac{v}{\lambda }=\frac{v}{4l}=\frac{330}{4\times 20\times 10^{-2}}=412.5 Hz

 

\\v=1237.5 Hz \\\\\frac{ v}{v_{1}}=\frac{1237.5}{412.5}=31

The 3rd harmonic is excited by 1237.5 Hz
