We have, 
             p^2 - 10p + 25 = p^2 - 5p - 5p + 25
                                            = p(p - 5) -5 (p -5)
                                            = (p - 5)(p - 5) = (p-5)^{2}
Therefore,
                  p^2-10p+25 =(p-5)^2
