(i) $\textrm{Area of trapezium} =\frac{1}{2}(\text { Sum of Parallel sides }) \times(\text { Distance between parallel sides })$

$=\frac{1}{2} \times 16 \times 3$

$=27 \mathrm{~cm}^2$

(ii) 

$\textrm{Area of trapezium} =\frac{1}{2}(\text { Sum of Parallel sides }) \times(\text { Distance between parallel sides })$

$=\frac{1}{2} \times(10+5) \times 6$

$=45 \mathrm{~cm}^2$
