Base current = Ib = Vbb – Vbe/R1
Increasing R1? reduces the current flowing into the base of the transistor. This, in turn, affects the transistor's operation, as the collector current
Ib is inversely proportional to R1
Hence, if R1 is increased, then Ib gets reduced.
