The use of condenser tube in distillation Apparatus is to liquefy separated vapor.
This liquefaction is done by a continuous flow of cold water.
If the area of the condenser is increased, cooling will be faster.
Due to the uneven shape of tube (A), its surface area is more than tube (B).
Therefore, it is advisable to use a tube (A) for the condenser.
