Given :radius = 31 cm

Angle = \frac{\pi }{6}

Length of arc = ?

Now, we know that

Angle = length of arc/radius of arc

\frac{\pi }{6}=\frac{x}{31}

x = 31 \times \frac{\pi }{6}

    = 31 \times \frac{3.14 }{6}

x = 16.22 \; cm
