Answer: 6 and 4

Solution.
Given: ABCD is a parallelogram
OA = 3 cm and OD = 2 cm

As we know that the diagonal of a parallelogram bisect each other
\AC = 2AO = 2 \times 3 = 6
AC = 6 cm
DB = 2DO = 2 \times 2 = 4
DB = 4 cm
Hence the lengths of AC and BD is 6 cm and 4 cm respectively.
