For the interval 20-24: Upper limit is 24

For the interval 25-29: Lower limit is 25

Difference = 25 - 24 = 1

\frac{1}{2}\left ( \text {upper limit-lower limit} \right )=\frac{1}{2}\left ( 1 \right )=0.5

Now, we will subtract 0.5 from all lower limits & add 0.5 to all upper limits
