Electric flux is the number of field lines passing through a given cross-sectional area.

According to Gauss law,

\phi = \underset{E}{\rightarrow} . \underset{A}{\rightarrow} = \oint \underset{E}{\rightarrow} . \underset{ds}{\rightarrow} = \frac{q}{\epsilon_{0}}

As we know, electric flux through a surface doesn’t depend on the shape, size or area of a surface, but it depends on the amount of charge enclosed by the surface. In the given figures, the charge enclosed is the same, which means the electric flux through all the surfaces should be the same

The correct option is C.
