Hint: Find the value of C.

Given:  C'(x)=2+0.15x, C(0)=100

Solution: \frac{dC}{dx}=2+0.15x

Integrate on both sides

\begin{aligned} &\int d C=\int\left(2+\frac{15}{100} x\right) d x \\ &\int d C=\int\left(2+\frac{3}{20} x\right) d x \\ &C=2 x+\frac{3}{20} \times \frac{x^{2}}{2}+C \end{aligned}

100=2(0)+\frac{3}{20}\frac{(0)^2}{2}+C

C=100
