Solution: x\frac{dy}{dx}+1=0

 \begin{gathered} x \frac{d y}{d x}=-1 \\ \frac{d y}{d x}=\frac{-1}{x} \\ d y=\frac{-1}{x} d x \end{gathered}

Integrate on both sides

\begin{aligned} &\int d y=\int \frac{-d x}{x} \\ &y=-\ln |x|+C \\ &0=-\ln |1|+C \\ &C=0 \end{aligned}\begin{aligned} &\int d y=\int \frac{-d x}{x} \\ &y=-\ln |x|+C \\ &0=-\ln |1|+C \\ &C=0 \end{aligned}
