Solution

Area of sector =\frac{\pi r^{2} \theta }{360^{\circ}}

 

The radius of the circle r = 28 cm

Angle (q) = 45°

Area of sector = \frac{\pi r^{2} \theta }{360^{\circ}}

                    \\=\frac{22 \times 28 \times 28 \times 45 }{7 \times 360}\\ =308 cm^{2}
