Solution: A represents the plumule that results in the formation of shoot. B represents the cotyledon where the food is stored. C represents the radicle which forms the roots. The embryonic axis comprises of a plumule and radicle, present on opposite sides of the point of attachment of cotyledons to the embryonic axis.
