Hint : Put the given corner points in \text {z = px + qy}

Given : Linear constraints (0,3),(1,1),(3,0)

Let \text {z = px + qy} where \text {p,q}>0

Solution:

\text {z}_{\text {min}}=\text {px + qy}

By the given corners,

\begin{aligned} &\mathrm{At}(1,1), z_{1}=p+q \\ \end{aligned}

\begin{aligned} &\mathrm{At}(3,0), z_{2}=3 p \end{aligned}

Now,

\begin{aligned} &z_{1}=z_{2} \\ \end{aligned}

\begin{aligned} &p+q=3 p \\ \end{aligned}

\begin{aligned} &q=2 p \end{aligned}
