Top radius =r_{1}=28cm
Bottom radius =r_{2}=7cm
The curved surface area of the bucket is

                                    =\pi l(r_{1}+r_{2})
                                    =\frac{22}{7}\times 45 \times (28+7)
                                   =\frac{22}{7}\times 45 \times 35
                                   =4950cm^{2}
