Given numbers \frac{2}{3},\frac{3}{4},\frac{1}{2}\; and\; \frac{5}{6}

2 = 1 x 2

3 = 1 x 3

4 = 2 x 2

6 = 2 x 3

LCM of 2,3,4,6 = 2 x 2 x 3 = 12

\\ \frac{2}{3}=\frac{2 \times 4}{3 \times 4}=\frac{8}{12} \\\\ \frac{3}{4}=\frac{3 \times 3}{4 \times 3}=\frac{9}{12} \\ \\ \frac{1}{2}=\frac{1 \times 6}{2 \times 6}=\frac{6}{12} \\\\ \frac{5}{6}=\frac{5 \times 2}{6 \times 2}=\frac{10}{12}

\\\because \frac{6}{12}<\frac{8}{12}<\frac{9}{12}<\frac{10}{12} \\\\ \therefore \frac{1}{2}<\frac{2}{3}<\frac{3}{4}<\frac{5}{6}
