Mr. Rajan got a job at the age =  24 years.

Mr. Rajan retired at the age =  60 years.

Mr. Rajan worked for = (60-24) years =36 years

Required Fraction =\frac{36}{60}=\frac{\frac{36} { 12}}{\frac{60} {12}}=\frac{3}{5}
