\\ 20 \mathrm{~m}: 70 \mathrm{~m}=\frac{20}{70}=\frac{2}{7}=2: 7\\\\ 8: x =2: 7\\\\ \frac{8}{x}=\frac{2}{7} \Rightarrow 2 \times x=8 \times 7\\ x=\frac{8 \times 7}{2}=28

20m : 70m = Rs 8 : Rs 28.
