Given: Sscooter travels 120km in 3 hours and a train travels 120km in 2 hours

 Speed =\frac{\text { Distance }}{\text { Time }} \\
Speed of the scooter = 120/3 =40 km/hour
Speed of the train = 120/2 =  60 km/hour

Ratio of their speeds = \frac{40 \mathrm{~km} / \text { hour }}{60 \mathrm{~km} / \text { hour }}=\frac{2}{3}=2: 3
