a Given that, focus of parabola is at S(0,-3)and equation of directrix is y=3 

 For any point P(x,y)on the parabola, we have

 SP=PM

\sqrt{(x-0)^{2}+(y+3)^{2}}=\left | y-3 \right |

x2+y2+6y+9=y2-6y+9

x2=-12y
