Length of minor axis 2a=1

a=1/2

a2=b2(1-e2)

1/4=b2-b2e2

b2=1/4+1=5/4

\frac{x^{2}}{\frac{1}{4}}+\frac{y^{2}}{\frac{5}{4}}=1

So, the equation of ellipse is 4x^+\frac{4y^{2}}{5}=1
