Hint:

\begin{aligned} &|x+2|=\left(\begin{array}{ll} (x+2) & x \geq-2 \\ -x>2 & x < 2 \end{array}\right) \\\\ =& f(x)=3|x+2| \end{aligned}

Solution:  f(x)=3|x+2|

\begin{aligned} &f(x)=\left(\begin{array}{cc} 3(x+2) & x \geq-2 \\ -3(x+2) & x < -2 \end{array}\right) \\\\ &f^{1}(x)=\left(\begin{array}{cc} 3 & x \geq-2 \\ -3 & x < -2 \end{array}\right) \\\\ &f^{1}(-3)=-3 \end{aligned}
