\begin{aligned} &=\int_{-4}^{4}16-x^{2}dx\\ &=\left [ 16x-\frac{x^{2}}{3} \right ]_{-4}^{4}\\ &=16(4+4)-\left [ \frac{(4)^{3}}{3}-\frac{(-4)^{3}}{3} \right ]\\ &=128-\left [ \frac{2\times 4\times 4\times 4}{3} \right ]\\ &=128-\frac{128}{3}\\ &=\frac{256}{3} \end{aligned}
