Solution:

Perimeter of the window = 10 m

Let 2x, y represents width and height

 Length +2× breadth + circumference of semicircle = 10

\begin{aligned} &2 \mathrm{x}+2 \mathrm{y}+\pi\left(\frac{2 \mathrm{x}}{2}\right)=10 \\ & \end{aligned}

2 \mathrm{x}+2 \mathrm{y}+\pi \mathrm{x}=10
