Hint:  perimeter of rectangle  \begin{aligned} &=2(l \times b) \\ & \end{aligned}

Solution:

The cost of construction of the vertical wall is like Perimeter

Perimeter  \begin{aligned} &=2(l \times b) \\ & \end{aligned}

               =2(x+y)

For one square meter the cost is 1800

Then the cost of a vertical wall is

\begin{aligned} &=2 \times 1800(\mathrm{x}+\mathrm{y}) \\ & \end{aligned}

=3600(\mathrm{x}+\mathrm{y})
