Answer: 2

Hint: Here we use basic concept of determinant of matrix

Given: \left|\begin{array}{cc} x+3 & -2 \\ -3 x & 2 x \end{array}\right|=8

Solution : (x+3)(2 x)-[-3 x(-2)]=8

\begin{aligned} &2 x^{2}+6 x-6 x=8 \\ &2 x^{2}=8 \\ &x^{2}=4 \\ &x=\pm 2, x \neq-2 \text { as } x \in N \end{aligned}

Hence, x = 2
