\begin{aligned} &\mathrm{R}_{1} \rightarrow R_{1}-4200 \\ &\mathrm{R}_{2} \rightarrow R_{2}-4200 \\ &=\left|\begin{array}{ll} 4200-4200 & 4201-4200 \\ 4202-4200 & 4203-4200 \end{array}\right| \end{aligned}

\begin{aligned} &=\left|\begin{array}{ll} 0 & 1 \\ 2 & 3 \end{array}\right| \\ &=0 \times 3-2 \times 1 \\ &=0-2 \\ &=-2 \end{aligned}

\rightarrow Here the value of determinants is -2
