Solution :

Let's take 3x common fom 3rd row

=3 x\left|\begin{array}{lll} 2 & 3 & 4 \\ 5 & 6 & 8 \\ 2 & 3 & 4 \end{array}\right|

\rightarrow Here we can exan clearly see that two roes are identical

So, it's determinate is 0

\rightarrow \text { So } 3 x \times 0=0

\rightarrow Our answer is zero
