Given:A=\begin{bmatrix} 4 & x+2\\ 2x-3& x+1 \end{bmatrix}

Solution:

A^{T}=\begin{bmatrix} 4 & 2x-3\\ x+2& x+1 \end{bmatrix}

A = A^{T}

\begin{bmatrix} 4 & x+2\\ 2x-3 & x+1 \end{bmatrix}= \begin{bmatrix} 4 & 2x-3\\ x+2& x+1 \end{bmatrix}

2x - 3 = x + 2

x = 5
