Hint:

 Use the basics of transpose and multiplication of matrix

Given:

 A = \begin{bmatrix} 1\\ 2\\ 3 \end{bmatrix}

Solution:

A = \begin{bmatrix} 1\\ 2\\ 3 \end{bmatrix}, A^{T} = \begin{bmatrix} 1 &2 &3 \end{bmatrix}

So,

A A^{T}=\left[\begin{array}{lll} 1 & 2 & 3 \\ 2 & 4 & 6 \\ 3 & 6 & 9 \end{array}\right]
