Then from the matrices,

\begin{aligned} &3 x+7=0 \\ &x=\frac{-7}{3} \\ &y-2=5 \\ &y=7 \\ &2-3 x=4 \\ &3 x=-2 \\ &x=\frac{-2}{3} \end{aligned}

These values of x are not equal to each other, so it is not possible to find.

Thus, the correct option is (D).
