Solution:

\begin{aligned} &\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b}=0 \\\\ &(\hat{i}-2 \hat{j}+3 \hat{k}) \cdot(2 \hat{i}+\lambda \hat{k})=0 \\\\ &2-0+3 \lambda=0 \end{aligned}

\begin{aligned} &3 \lambda=-2 \\\\ &\lambda=\frac{-2}{3} \end{aligned}
