GIVEN:  \vec{a} \cdot \vec{a}=0 \text { \& } \vec{a} \cdot \vec{b}=0

HINTS: You must know about the concept of non zero vector

SOLUTION:Let, 

\begin{aligned} &\vec{a} \cdot \vec{a}=0 \\ &\Rightarrow \vec{(a)}^{2}=0 \\ &\Rightarrow \vec{a}=0 \\ &\vec{a} \cdot \vec{b}=0 \end{aligned}

\vec{b} is a non zero vector
