Solution:-Non-collinear vector \vec{a} & \vec{b} have found parallelogram ABCD

 A C=\vec{a}+\vec{b}

                                                        

\begin{aligned} &\Rightarrow \angle D A C=\angle C A B=\theta \\\\ &\text { Rhombus } \Rightarrow A B=B C \\\\ &|\vec{a}|=|\vec{b}| \end{aligned}
