Hint:

 Order=Highest Derivative

Solution:

Given, family of curves is

y=Ax+A^3 \qquad \qquad \dots(i)

\frac{\mathrm{d} y}{\mathrm{d} x}=A

Putting the value of A in equation (i)

y=x\left ( \frac{\mathrm{d} y}{\mathrm{d} x} \right )+\left ( \frac{\mathrm{d} y}{\mathrm{d} x} \right )^{3}

∴ Order = 1

∴ Degree= Highest power of Derivative=3

∴So, the order is 1 and degree is 3
