Solution:

Clearly, equation of all non-vertical lines is y=mx+c

On differentiating w.r.t x we get

\frac{\mathrm{d} y}{\mathrm{d} x}=m

and differentiating again We get:

\frac{\mathrm{d}^{2} y}{\mathrm{d} x^{2}}=0

So, the answer is

\frac{\mathrm{d}^{2} y}{\mathrm{d} x^{2}}=0
