 The required equation is

x+y\frac{\mathrm{d} y}{\mathrm{d} x}=0

Hint:

 The given equation is the equation of a circle

Given:

 x^{2}+y^{2}=a^{2}

Solution:

x^{2}+y^{2}=a^{2}

Differentiating with respect to x,

\begin{aligned} &2x+2y\frac{\mathrm{d} y}{\mathrm{d} x}=0\\ &x+y\frac{\mathrm{d} y}{\mathrm{d} x}=0 \end{aligned}

The required equation is

x+y\frac{\mathrm{d} y}{\mathrm{d} x}=0
