Solution:  Since ,

      \\ \\ \Rightarrow \hspace{1cm} \tan^{-1}x +\cos^{-1}(\frac{y}{\sqrt{1+y^{2}}})=\sin^{-1}(\frac{3}{\sqrt{10}})\\ \\ \Rightarrow \hspace{1cm}\tan^{-1}x+\tan^{-1}(\frac{1}{y})=\tan^{-1}3\\ \\ \Rightarrow \hspace{1cm}\tan^{-1}(\frac{1}{y})=\tan^{-1}3-\tan{-1}x\\ \\ \Rightarrow \hspace{1cm}\tan^{-1}(\frac{1}{y})=\tan^{-1}(\frac{3-x}{1+3x})\\ \\ \Rightarrow \hspace{1cm}y=\frac{1+3x}{3-x}=-3+\frac{10}{3-x}

For positive integer y,x must be 1 and 2

\\ \\ \therefore \hspace{1cm}y(at\hspace{0.2cm}x=1)=2

and   \\ \\ \hspace{1cm}y(at \hspace{0.2cm}x=2)=7
