                \cot^{-1}\left ( -x \right ) for all x\: \epsilon \: R in terms of \cot^{-1}x is

Solutions:

                Let \cot^{-1}\left ( -x \right )=\theta

                \cot\theta=-x

                \cot\left ( \pi-\theta \right )=x

                \pi-\theta=\cot^{-1}x

                 \theta=\pi-\cot^{-1}x

          \therefore \cot^{-1}\left ( -x \right ) = \pi-\cot^{-1}x  for  x\: \epsilon \: R.
