P(A) = 2P(B)\;\; \& \\ P(B) = 2P(C)

It is given that

Let A denoted the probability that A wins.

We know,
P(A)+P(B)+P(C)=1 \\ \Rightarrow P(A)+\frac{P(A)}{2}+\frac{P(A)}{4}=1\\ \Rightarrow7P(A) =4\\ \Rightarrow P(A) =\frac{4}{7 }

Now, the probability that A losses us \Rightarrow P(A') =1-P(A)=1-\frac{4}{7 }=\frac{3}{7 }

Thus, the required probability is \frac{3}{7 }
