Given: First person A throw 9 from both dice will be awarded the prize

Solution: 9 can be obtained in two dice throw

[(3,6) , (4,5) , (5,4) , (6,3)]

P (getting 9) = \frac{4}{36}=\frac{1}{9}

P (not getting 9) = \frac{32}{36}=\frac{8}{9}

Now,

P(B \text { is winning })=P\left(\text { getting } 9 \text { in } 2^{n d}+4^{\text {th }}+6^{\text {th }} \ldots \ldots . \text { throw }\right)
